Sign-in sheets. Who still uses them and why?

Curious, seems to be a rather antiquated thing to do.

The only time we use them is when we are swamped and want to make sure we don't skip over anyone when there is a wait. Other than that, we let the computer do all of the work

I use the cards as I inherited this system and have yet to install one. Don't find it to be necessary when you are a one man operation.

Sign in sheet? I cant let our customers sign in. Most of them dont even know what the color of the bed they tan in is.

By my signature below I signify that:

1.) I will use the tanning equipment of this facility in the manner which instructed.
2.) I am not on any new medications that are photo-sensitive.
3.) I have not tanned inside or outside in the past 24 hours.
4.) I will not use ANY oil-based products, or products containing sunscreens in this facility.

State of Ohio requires us to use them. They check when they come in to do the inspection also.

If your larger store it also helps to know where you've put people at a glance.

State Law here too. We have to keep them for like 7 years...what a pain!!

I have them. Too many people that will say, "I know I had more visit's left". Well let's just take a look, NO, you don't. LOL
