I also have a Salon in Illinois and just had my yearly visit and you do have to have a sign in sheet to cover your butt. They want to know daily if some ones medication has changed. or tanned in 24 hours etc. The only way to keep track of it is in a sign in sheet. Helios can not keep track of it daily. Just the first visit information. I also just got off the phone with Helios they can not track it. So if you have managed big chains and never kept a sign in sheet something is wrong. When I first opened they gave me a clean bill and never said any thing about sign in. A year later it is a must.
