This is actually your chance to grab it by the butt.
YOU HAVE TIME ON YOUR HANDS.
Take time now to get to know your customers.
You will be building a relationship and increasing sales. Per persons sales can double in the slower season because you have time to put your skills to work. To many times we see a customer and just take them for granted. Has this person ever tried an upgrade? Ever offered a chance too? Ever given a tour of your salon? Ever been expained the true value of lotion or eye wear? After tan mousturizer? This your chance to make some extra money and create a walking talking PR persons. These are just some of things that often get over looked when you have a line waiting for that next bed. This the time for you to sell your value.

I agree, your value you instill in your clients now, will lead to more referrals expecting this same value in the future!

I use this time of the year to find ways to improve and get them implemented before busy season!

I totally agree. I've had a few women who never tried my Level 4 (upgrade bed) and I was able to spend some time with them explaining the differences in bed. After their tanning session, I'll ask them how it was and they always come out with a grin on their face and say, "Wow I like that bed!" Majority of them say they will be purchasing a package on that Level or keep upgrading on their existing package.
