Need Help

I am the new manager of a local tanning salon. Starting right before the busy season, I have had more office work to do, my assistant manager has been doing all of the reports. I don't have time at the salon to fully learn the Helios program...so I brought it home and installed it on my home computer. Only, I need a password to set myself up in it. I've worked and worked and can't by pass it. I personally don't have tech support, is there anyone who can help me?
