On two of our beds the acrlyics have a rough film on them, it almost feels like dried hair spray. What can I use to get this off.

It may not come off. Sometimes things dont come off. The Novus is good though. Also you can tell customers that it is a stain and not dirt. Guess what? Most will not beleive you. You cant have poeple thinking you have a bed with dirt on it. Replace the acrylics and move on. This is why I get on my crew about cleaning the bed as soon as it comes out. Paying attention for the smallest thing that doesnt look or feel right. Getting on these atains quickly can make all the difference. Also you can then find out what customers was in there. Ask them what they used and than ask them not use it again. I lost a customer over this very thing. Wouldnt tell me what she used. The spot was about a foot wide to. She felt offened and never came back. Acrylics are expensive you have to take care of them.
