Teresa;
We have well over 3500 unique clients in our database. The plastic stacking drawers are really well received by them. Access is fairly well limited to the receptionist so borrowing of lotions is not a problem. We are now storing lotions for about 275 clients because we agressively market the free service.

It keeps the tanning lotions fresher and more effective which makes your salon look good too. We are finding that people who store lotions here tend to store multiple bottles because it is so convenient which adds to your sales. Clients who use this free service are also very loyal!

Salons that charge a fee for every little service they perform are missing the point of what great customer service is really all about.

You want a special brand of lotion we don't carry? No problem! We can get it for you and will stock it which leads to more sales.

You want to use a couple of extra towels? Let me get them for you!

We leave a piece of wrapped candy on the clean towels in the rooms.

We provide sanitized eye protection free of charge.

We added a small commercial beverage cooler and stock Costco bottled water which we can sell for $.50 tax included.

Buy a Hollywood teeth whitening kit and we will give them a free bottle of water to rinse with afterwards.

We custom order swimsuits, jewelry for wedding parties and perform minor swimsuit alterations for free, etc.

These small, minor, things provide intense customer loyalty!!!!

You paid money to get these people into your salon! Why not invest a modest amount in keeping them there?
