Ok I did the interviews and LOVED it. I will be doing it this way every year. What I did is I had a list of things that go along with the job: pay, hours, answering the phone, cleaning the beds, appts., night cleaning, and how to SALE. I did not do the sales pitch with them for the fact I had too many girls and it would have taken to long, so what I did is I had them go around the room and tell me alittle about them self and what kind of past job experience they had. I felt that whoever would be more to speak out and did not seem to shy was the two I would hire. I had a couple of girls who did not care to talk in front of the others and they seem very outgoing. But the most of the girls just seems like they did not want to talk in front of everybody and I knew this job was not for them. The next time I do this I will do it while we are closed ( i was doing this in a tanning room and just don't have the room for it ) so I will feel like I have more time and room for this and I will do the sales pitch with them. I have 2 that will be starting Monday and I hope it really works out with them but if not I guess I will start all over again.(ha ha)
