How many of you have tanning contracts for your salon? Has anyone had issues with clients not wanting to be bound to a contract.

Several years ago when I first started offering monthly memberships I had a contract. About half of the people didn't even read it before signing and the other half practically wanted to take it to their attorney. After about a year I pitched the contracts and people were much happier. If you want to get them more committed to a length of time, offer a better price for consecutive months. That's wnat has worked best for me. Tammy.
