I would think some sort of hourly or weekly pay, plus a percentage of profit to keep them interested in how the salon is doing and motivate them towards increasing business and keeping costs inline.

The past few weeks here have been absolutely crazy, my owner offered to sell me the whole kit-n-kaboodle for $1.00....I told him to much...his counter 50 cents....I'm still thinking!!!!
Realistically, a salary plus a percentage of sales (higher percentage if business is up, lower percentage if business is down) I think is fair. |
