Check the capacitors. They reduce the amount of current that the bed draws. A bad capacitor would raise the current. Check for shorts or loose connections.

Contact the manufacturer and find out what they recommed for the fuse before changing it.. If they recommend a 30 amp then you have a problem and do as Brian suggests check for shorts/connections etc.. Now if you do have to go to a 40amp fuse your 10gauge wire may not support .....

I think it could also mean that a leg is going bad in the breaker box.

be very careful when you check caps. as they hold current even after the bed is off. the simpliest and easiest way is to try another breaker. is all of this new; bed, breaker, wire, outlet, plug. if it is all used then you will probably need an electrican to do some troubleshooting. try this simple step unplug or unwire the bed and turn on the breaker and see if it trips, this will tell you if it is a short in the wiring. if the breaker is old try replacing it. when you turn the breaker on feel it to see if it is hot or is humming before it trips. LOL

Check the wires at the breaker. If one is loose then it will create more heat at the breaker and trip the thermal portion of the breaker.
