I have a Gardasun Proline 32/3 in my home. I wired it with 10 gauge wire and a 30 amp breaker, it is hardwired. The problem I have is it keep tripping the circuit breaker. I dont really know why, any help would be appreciated.you can e-mail me at bryf1@one-eleven.net.

Contact the manufacturer and find out what they recommed for the fuse before changing it.. If they recommend a 30 amp then you have a problem and do as Brian suggests check for shorts/connections etc.. Now if you do have to go to a 40amp fuse your 10gauge wire may not support .....

a tripping breaker could many different things. is a 30a breaker what is required, when does it trip; as soon as it is turned on, or after a few minutes, i can give you some tips that might help but need to know when it trips and is this a new bed.

be very careful when you check caps. as they hold current even after the bed is off. the simpliest and easiest way is to try another breaker. is all of this new; bed, breaker, wire, outlet, plug. if it is all used then you will probably need an electrican to do some troubleshooting. try this simple step unplug or unwire the bed and turn on the breaker and see if it trips, this will tell you if it is a short in the wiring. if the breaker is old try replacing it. when you turn the breaker on feel it to see if it is hot or is humming before it trips. LOL
