TAN-AID Tanning Supplements- Serving size two capsules: Tyrosine................400mg Thiamin (B1)............15mg Riboflavin (B2).........17mg Vitamin B6..............15mg Panthotenic Acid (B5)...50mg Niacinamide (B3)........50mg Vitamin C...............150mg Vitamin B12.............12.5mcg Vitamin E...............50 I.U. Copper..................1mg Folic Acid..............0.5mg Choline Bitartrate......25mg Inositol................5mg The indications for use are: 2 capsules, twice a day, start one day before tanning, until one day after.
