I currently have SunTouch and hate it. It crashes on me at least 20 times a day and it isn't even "busy season" yet. Of course, since I did not purchase the additional support, SunTouch will not help. Not even a pay per call basis. Anyway, I am looking for software that you can make appointments and purchase packages online. I want all the beds to show up on the same page instead of having to click onther tab. This takes for ever for the page to load. anybody know who has something like this?

I have SunTouch Plus. We stopped having crashes when we upgraded computer. I went from several lock-ups and crashes per day to ZERO overnight. Also, you might check out SunTouch Forum on some of the other online tanning sites. Good Luck!

I have sun touch plus on win98 and it crashes about once every 1 to 2 days and it is written for win XP, a friend is running it on Win XP and it rarely if ever crashes.

When I got new computer, my husband built it from scratch. It is a P4, 1.8, 512ram, running XP pro. I never have any trouble with the program now.

I have 3 salons and we love Sun Touch... But you must have XP Pro!!! (not home edition) We had trouble with other Window versions and XP Pro solved SO MANY problems. One salon has "U are U"... the fingerprint bar code from Sun Touch. We had many freeze problems, but they all went away with XP Pro. And we use XP Pro on our home computers as well. It is an excellent solution to many Window's Problems.
