Customer leaving a surprise in the room!

Aprox. 6 months ago I had an incident where a customer squatted in a corner and took a bowel movement. I did not say anything because I was embarrassed for her. She had tanned with me for two years and I had never had a problem with her. Last night her and her friend came in to tan as usual. They were our last two tanners before the salon closed. The girl that opened this morning noticed a strange smell in the room. We looked around the room trying to find where the smell was coming from and was not having much luck. My husband came in who has a better since of smell turned off air flow to the room so we could track the scent. This person had removed the very, very, small trash can from the wall and once again took a bowel movement in this small can and then would have had to get on her stomach and push this can behind the bed and up under it. I know what I want to say and do! But I am trying to figure out what others would do. I am puzzeled as to why anyone would do this. Help me please!

Definitely - do NOT let her tan with you again. If that had happened to me, I would have been in such a state of shock I wouldn't have known what to do. And she just walked right out the door? Man, what nerve!
I'd wait til she showed up again and meet her before she walks in the door - and talk to her outside. That way, if she starts asking "why?" then it won't be so embarassing for either one of you.

That's disgusting! I definelty would not allow her to tan in your salon again. I don't even think that I could be nice to someone like that as I was telling them to never step foot in my salon again.

What they said. This is not even worth discussing with the perpetrator...how would you bring it up? How could they plead, temporary insanity? Just make it go away.

I think you should have collected it up and saved it for her, when she comes in next time hand her a bag and say, in front of whoever is there, ,here you forgot this in the room last time you were here...I don't think she would come back!
