Package Expiration Dates? - Page 2

I have a 1 year expiration on packages, and some people get so upset about it, but really...... A year is long enough for any pacckage.... 6 months would be great, but I think this would upset too many customers!

We have wrestled with this one for quite a while. To add value to buying a larger package we put a year
expiration on packages of over 18 visits and six months expiration on 18 and under packages.
My problem now is taking a hard line on the policy if they have a lot of unused visits expiring.
"When we get computerized"......we will send out cards!
