What do the rest of you do when you have customers that ask if they can leave one of their "Avon catalogs...or Home Interiors Party Flyers for having parties...etc...I have had a lot of customers ask if they could leave their business materials at the salon because of good exposure.
Do you all allow customers to leave stuff or would rather not have it in the salon? -------------- Christina |

Christina
I just tell them that when I opened, I made the decision not to carry anyone else's things because it would not be fair to the rest of my customers who would want to display things and couldn't because of lack of room. Pat |

If they are a tanning client, I let them leave it on a small table in the waiting area. I don't mind helping them since they are giving their business to me. IF they are not one of my tanners, then their stuff is turned away.

Cabo- I think that is a great question:) I think its legal in California to leave flyers on cars. For most Colleges you have to have the school's approval-through Student Affairs Office:)
