How many staff meetings do you have?
One a month? One a quarter?
How many do you have and why this number?

i use to have them 3-4 times a year. but now i try to do it a little more often. being here has shown me that i need to do this.

but mostly we have them when we are doing something new or something is wrong.

oh, but then again we have a small staff even smaller without the video store now.

Monthly February, March, April, May, June,and then August, October, December (X-mas party).
Just the way it has happened for the past few years....not written policy....just the way it has needed to be.

I have not yet had a staff meeting, I have 2 employees, 1 works every other weekend, and the other works night throughout the week. If there is a problem or concern I confront it right away the next time that they work.
