Christine (Birthday Girl!)/Shari/Cancun:
Between the 3 of you, you are getting REAL CLOSE to where we are going and I'll help you "connect the dots" so we can continue.
Shari said that "A tan, is a tan, is a tan is to me our bodies natural pigmentation exposed!" and I'll add that it is our natural FACULTATIVE (acquired or adaptive) PIGMENTATION that "is exposed" for all the world to see.
Christine said "Is it probable that indoor tanning salons can provide a tan, that is a tan, that is a tan,by means of Ultra -violet machines? Isn't this the professional way to protect the largest living organ on our body through controled exposure to UVR to help trigger the protective response of body that it naturaly can acheive? Are we not helping the natural process? correct, or still other more valuable information missing here in this search?" and the key word to add to our "lexicon" is PROTECTIVE.
Cancun added the important comment that we should be "promoting natural skin protection by the way of a natural tan" and, once again, the key word "protection" is used along with the word "natural".
I will add that we should keep in mind the word "provide" and realize that tanning salon owners are also "providers" of our services. Why? Read on!
