Angie.. you said

Her mom said she is going to be enrolling in more classes this semester, so maybe I can get her to solely work for me if working a full-time job isn't going to work with her new class schedule.

Sounds goooood........ your keeping a good head on about this.. I'm proud of you..

I wouldn't want someone working for me that also works at another salon, but if she is willing, for what ever reason, to work just for you then follow your instinct.

Hasn't anyone else asked you about a job? Or remember how Bronze got hired...look at your customers and consider asking them if they are interested in working part time. It really is a good idea, you know them as a customer so you will already know alot obout them as a person. Plus you know that they enjoy tanning...

I have already evaluated and asked any customers that I would like to hire and nothing has come out of that. Most of my clients have lots of $$'s so they don't want to work.

Yeah lots of people have asked for jobs but they are under 18 and that's an Indiana NO-NO

I really like this girl and her mother and brother are wonderful. The other salon is just a paycheck for her. If I remember right she may have asked me to keep her in mind when we first opened.

We are going to talk tomorrow. I'll keep you posted as to what I decide to do.

Thanks for all the concerned interest.

Angie
