What about the customer who purchases one month in July, uses about a week and asks you to freeze their package. Suddenly Feb. rolls around and then they want to continue the package. See what I'm getting at? There will always be some who want to abuse your generosity.

Okay here is what happened. This girl didn't come in before I left the salon on Friday. So I figured she would be in on Monday. Wrong. She came in about an hour after I left. My employee called me and I gave her the authorization to give back the money less the 2 visits used. I did give the price break and told her we look forward to her returning. Hopefully she will.
I just hope she doesn't find another salon and decides to stay with them. Normally I would have not done this but after reading some of your replies, I feel I may have done the right thing in this case. |
