Tonight (6:00 pm - Pacific; 7:00 pm - Mountain; 8:00 pm - Central; and, 9:00 pm - Eastern) the topic during the "Ask Don" portion of the chat will be "IT'S TIME FOR ACTION!"

If you are as fed up with the constant attacks from the anti-tanning segment of the medical community and the pharmaceutical/sunscreen industry as I am, join me tonight to discuss what we can, and must, do to stop the nonsense that is badly damaging the indoor tanning industry!

If you care about our industry, be there tonight!

Not capable of chatting, but here's a concept: about once a year I get a notice in the mail that I am a member of some class action suit I never heard of... ranging from once owning Gateway stock I had sold 2 years ago to having owned 2 Mercury outdrives.

I throw them in the trash (except the boat one because the settlement was $1000 worth of mountain bikes!).

All 25K salons could thus be named in a class action without them even knowing it. When settlement for $1B is reached, a mailing goes out from law firm asking if they are in or out. Crazy!
