Okay gang,

I know I've got a few people hooked on jewelry but you won't believe how easy Gel Candles are??????? I'm becoming a Crafter Nightmare.

We've made 6 candles. They are adorable!! I've just ordered more Gel, Glasses, Colored Sand, seashells, wicks and 100 little figurines. I need to be back in the busy season! :0) :0)

HA - I don't relax! You gals are funny! Seriously....my fiancee is a huge part of the crafts. We don't have children and live in a condominium. No yard work on the weekends and no kids to feed or put to bed. We're a young couple trying to make money and honestly enjoy staying home. Trust me....a chilled bottle of wine is always in the refrigerator.

Back to the candles...we plan on selling anywhere from $18.95 up to $150.00. The gel is a little-tiny-bit tricky..they REALLY are adorable.

Mitzi & Tangirl - I'm telling you...candles are not hard to make. During the slow season I make jewelry all day at the salon - I'm here 60 hours a week. So Sunday night will be dedicated to candles. Check out the these websites and let me know what you think. Of course, this is really nice work!!!

Nicole,

Very good question. Yes. Some materials are flamable. These are called embeds. The websites in the my post above have hundreds of little embeds to choose from. They are designed for gel candles. A few customers want candles for decor only. I may not put a wick inside if that's the case.
