Just "take over" the SPORTS BAR for an hour, we do it every year anyway.

Works for us, and there isn't a darned thing they can do about it.

You will get MORE people if they can quaff a brewski AND get some information, the best of both worlds.

What does everyone think of this idea?
We could then get everyone together..
and the $$ spent on renting a room could be donated to Dons research... and everyone who was willing to donate $$ could still do so..
Let me know I am finalizing plans tomorrow..
Rich C has said he will assist us.. Solarmeter has already said he will help me a lot,..( xoxox Steve)
Bruce is willing to help also..as Becky and Drew and Frankie, Eric, Becka, Mitzi.. the list goes on and on..

I can't speak for Don, and I am not going to be at the convention, but it would be better to have the meeting in a more professional atmosphere then get wasted. Also, I wish someone would help Chris understand that it is not rocking the boat to question the powers that be. It is the political process in action. There are already too many groups out there telling the mainstream that the minority should rule the majority will. Come on Chris take a stand. You are not going to hurt anyone's feelings only let them know that what they (ITA/Smart Tan)are doing is not acceptable to some of its memebers. I will post my letter to Mr. Parrott when I return for dinner tonight.

I think the Sports Bar would be a hard place for Don to speak and us to listen. Keep it in a room is my opinion. We can do the Bar after the talk.
