Trying to figure out how to get it ALL done

Is there any advice you can give to me on this one..
Sometimes I go from 6am-10 pm with the studio stuff..

I don't feel there are enough hours in a day..
Between solving the staff situations..bank.. projections..the occasional over flowing toilet..supplies order being checked..meeting with a vendor..staff training..client happenings..goal setting..computer upgrading..new machines being insatlled..electricial being changed around.. redecorating.. making sure there is always enough money to do everything.. payroll..comission structures for bonuses..my own personal home stuff..Keep ing my own social life in the groove.. Tracking who hasn't been in the last two weeks and why.. follow-up phone calls.. Spending sometime with my family..and I am sure I missed about 800 other things...

I have an assistant..but I'm beat to death these days..

I'm with ya Chris!!!!!
Can't wait for slow season so that I can beg for busy season to start!!!
In the back of your mind you always think "tommorrow is going to be just for me" but tommorrow never comes!!!!
The task list is never ending....I think you missed about 1000. Even if you do get caught up you just create more work for yourself to make things better.
Is this 24/7 job worth it????? HECK YA, as much as we whine amongst ourselves you know we have a passion for the industry and love our jobs!!! Not to mention it does pay the bills.

I've accepted it, I'll never get it all done and I'm living with that fact. So - Shoot me !!! I usually get less than 50% of my To-do list done daily!!! Oh well, there are worst things in life. Better than sitting there twideling the thumbs, or watching OPRA!

I have 30 hours of crap to do and 24 hours in a day to do it. Some how it doesn't fir in.

Well.. I'm glad I'm not alone on this one..
Sometimes I sit for a half hour and get mad at myself because I should HAVE DONE...you know one of those things on "the list"...

Have you ever noticed how much you do really DO in ONE DAY!!!

I NEED VEGAS!!!!
