For the record, Tamar and myself are the owners. No, we do not have managers. We work most of the hours ourselves. We have several part-timers that help open or close on occasion to give Tamar and myself a little time off. Stephanie was trusted to open the salon because she had proven herself to be a great employee in the past.

Our employees go through a very rigorous training process before they are allowed to be at the salon alone. Stephanie royally screwed up. She admitted that fact.
