I always post job openings on my counter. "wanted dedicated tanner who wants to earn free tanning and a few extra dollars" applications being taken now for part time employement. Something along that line.

Forget the golden arches, I have the golden key to a sunny career.

For your tanners you could get keys made and do a give a way like the car dealers do, only the key could unlock a tanning room with lotion in it and 15 tans or something.
