employee cheat sheets

I have made up some cheat sheets for my employees to use when selling lotion. These sheets are easily accessible at the front desk. On them I have listed every lotion that we sell, retail price, and 2-4 features of that lotion. Also below each lotion I have in parenthisis 1 or 2 add ons that would make a good match with that lotion. I tell them to not be afraid to pull it out to answer a question, the client would much rather you read them the correct answer than tell them, "well I think"

what about adding a nother lotion, say this one is 60 and they really like it just don't have the cash, have one listed for 40 with the differences?
