I always tell new employees know three key ingredients in all tanning products and know them well. (I think I heard this at a lotion training seminar somewhere but I have borrowed it). Even if you are unsure of selling lotions if you can tell clients the features and benifits of these three ingredients, they will believe you know your stuff and buy.

That is too funny I just said something about this in my last post...lol

Most employees want to know why people like bronzers... "don't they turn you orange?"

This is a great line to teach your customers and employees how to respond to it!
