The nail tech here is really just her own seperate business located in my salon. She pays me rent once every two weeks, and paid to put in her own seperate phone line.

She has always done her part in paying me, I've never had to ask or remind her to give me a check. But she is also lazy. I thought that this would not really matter to me, it doesn't effect my income. But it is annoying for people to call me asking where she is when she doesn't answer her own phone. Or for them to expect me to tell them her prices.

Really she doesn't set her own hours, she just comes in whenever she has an appoinment. It gets on my nerves because I never know what to tell people when they ask me. I don't know why she says "Walk in's Welcome" when she isn't here to take them.

Okay, I guess I had to gripe a little. She isn't really my employee so I feel that I can't tell her when to be at work. But it really is a reflection on me when I never know where she is.
