Can you smack clients?

I didn't think so... LOL. But there are some people out there just begging for it.

To the clients who pay what we charge without griping... to the clients who don't complain about the price of lotions we offer... to the clients who faithfully make and KEEP their appointments on time DAILY... to the clients who ask for me by name and heed my advice... to the clients who make it so worth it to work long days by being so wonderful... to Cindy who offers to bring us lunch... to Christine who's survived breast cancer and is such an example to me... to Colleen who makes 40 so glamourous... to Vanessa who always makes me smile... to Joe (all three of them) who always just MAKES my day when you walk through that door... to Andy who makes me laugh... to Loretta who loves being as dark as she can... the list is endless... Thank you all for being such outstanding clients.

I know I've left out hundreds more, but these are the folks who make my days so awesome! I know they don't read here... but they are awesome clients.

No slapping the clients.. but we can charge a $25.00 handeling charge for grumpy,sassy or just plain mean spirited guests..

AS I AM TYPING, THIS VERY MINUTE, I HAVE THE CUSTOMER FROM HE*#. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THIS WOMAN THAT BRINGS IN FOUR KIDS EVERY TIME. THEY DON'T JUST SIT QUIETLY EITHER, THEY ARE UP AND DOWN AND BEHIND THE COUNTER AND EVERYWHERE. I KNOW I'VE POSTED ABOUT THIS WOMAN BEFORE BUT THIS HAS JUST GOTTEN OUT OF CONTROL.

We don't have children come in here for some reason. But we did think about it prior to openning and we purchased a sign that says "do not leave children unattended." And NO they cannot go into the room with you.
