Some clients make tanning so hard. It's amazing how far people will try to push you. Just daring you! Well I have learned over the years as with all customer service industries (kill'em with kindness) Yes it is very hard sometimes but I do believe it to be true. I can just as easy paste a smile on my face just as I can paste a frown. So the more rude, contrary, nothing will ever make them happy no matter what they are. The BIGGER my smile gets! 9 times out of 10 they can never accuse me of being anything but service with a Smile. I love that. People who have never owned their own business have no idea what all is involved. Especially the Tanning Industry and dealing with the public in general.
Just my 2 sense! Good Day! |
