permanent make up Techs

hello to all;
speaking of Salon add ons,
my question today is, are there any of you offering permanent make up to your customers
at your studios?
or even semi permanent make up?

Be sure who ever you pick to do this treatment on you knows what the heck they are doing..
I have seem people go through unnecessary pain and the result of some of the jobs done is just awful.. Lines uneven running in the corners of the eyes, uneven lip lines..

I would pick someone with a steady hand and want to be sure they had a board certified license before they started drilling on my face.. Take time to have a LONGGGGGGGGGG discussion with the person about to inject the ink into your face..

Why would anyone have any "permanant" makeup done? They would have to have rocks in thier head.
To be so vain as to risk all, having such
treatments is beyond my understanding.

Improve your education, help someone that needs help, love your family and friends more, eat right, work out, give to others what and how you can.....thses are the NORMAL ways to make yourself feel better.

I bet Barbara Strisand is so happy she
didn't get permanant makeup in her Egyption eyes faze.
That would have been funny!

permanent make-up has it's advantages..
People undergoing chemo-therapy lose their hair (eyebrows) and need or want to have a look they can swim in or continue everyday life..
Eye liner or lip liner.. for those who have an odd shape eye or lip shape/ and want to look their best everyday with out using liner that can run or move..

There are many reasons a person says YES to permanent make up.. I think it's a option.. but I am not crazy about some who call themselves professionals....
Should someone do it is not the topic for debate.. rather.........
The person doing the treatment is the topic I think..
Like I said be sure they are a licensed board certified artist before they drill on your face..

My wife is in contact with some one who wants to set up shop in her salon - but I'm not sold (like that matters!)

Give me some ammo or ease my mind please!

We offer cosmetic tattooing. We also offer normal body tatooing. It's part of our "Full service" salon next to our tanning and day spa. Our lady is booked almost everyday! Nails one day and tattooing the next 4. If it's the right person with good experience, the money is huge!

Be sure about your area on the insurance coverage.. who will pay the insurance.. even if she is independant be sure what the law is in your state and or town concerning this service..
