Sometimes running an operation and having to do everything to make things work can take a toll on you.

If you have one of those rare days and are able to get everything done you can sit back and smile and say......... I DID IT!!

Those of us who have spent our years developing and creating a facility we call "our pride and joy" know with-out hard work..long hours..and will power we would not be who and what we are today..

I have reminders on the walls of my brain to keep me going on those days when the cards just don't seem to fall in my favor..

Help me add to this wall with your quotes..
If we share together.. I know we all can manage our salons/studios and be the very best professionals people look up to for advice..

this Owner/Manager/employee peace maker/book keeper/mall management negoiator/bed cleaner/customer care representative/Super sales woman/Advertising & promotion excutive/purchaser/PERSON with a Spouse and 3 Children needs a few weeks off!
