Doddering Old Don Is:

1. UNDER the weather (with a sinus infection brought on by the fact that he is allergic to EVERYTHING currently in the AZ air).

2. UP to his *** in tanners (181 in 12 hours today with NO bedrunner).

3. UPSET about the new "anti-tanning" Iowa regulations; the new "extremely anti-tanning" Australian/New Zealand regulations; the "proposed" Canadian regulations; and the changes to OUR regulations that were proposed by FDA on 2/8/02.

4. UNABLE to understand why tanning salon owners around the world seem to PREFER adopting the "ostrich" position (head in sand - butt in air) as a "protective response" to new regulations (even if becomming "proactive" would make more sense).

5. UNWILLING to stand by and do nothing (he is sending our Canadian friends a list of questions to ask Health Canada tonight and he has "posted" some of the "absurdities" in the Iowa and Aussie regs on the TSO site and he is preparing letters to go to both agencies protesting the most "egregious" mistakes and inaccuracies).

6. UNSURE about whether the "Ask Don" forum should be continued.

7. URGING you all to continue answering questions from people (even "Barnies") who come here for help (and to ignore the ignoramuses "over there" who, since they have nothing constructive to offer, can only criticize the efforts of others).

8. UNCOMFORTABLE that he will have (yet) another birthday next week (until he stops to consider the alternative!).

9. UNQUESTIONABLY the most handsome man (in his age class) in the indoor tanning industry.

10. UNBELIEVABLY tired!

I can't answer all the thoughts are having but I can answer this one

YOU ARE NEEDED... you must continue this forum... We have worked so very hard at this for the past 5 months Don..that it would be a sin not to keep the good things going.
Go rest a bit.. and come back feeling like yourself...

You work hard Don..and I want you to know you are appreciated and cared about..

You MUST continue to speak out on issues that concern you and be available in your forum for those seeking your advice. Don't let them get you down.
