You can use any lotion you want to, as long as YOU ARE WILLLING TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE!

That's what we tell our clients when they walk in with a bottle of lotion that we do not approve of. We point out that there is SOMETHING in these "el cheapo" lotions that "etches" the surface of our expensive acrylics and ruins them.

Thus, the "price" for using an unapproved lotion product in our salons is that the client gets to either (1) buy us a new acrylic, or, (2) find a new place to tan if they ruin an expensive acrylic.

I wish I could tell you today what is in these lotions that is ruining our acrylics but I can't. We are having some tests done that will, hopefully, shed some light on the subject.

In the meantime, we absolutely will not let them use an unauthorized lotion!

We had a bit of problem with someone spraying a sticky lotion in the bed.. you could see the spritzzzzz all over the upper canopy..
What's up with that?
We removed the icky by using Sure Clean.. (what we clean the wax pots with!!!)
Yuck.. Lay and spray....

I put a news letter on the beds stating why we don't allow "junk" products in our units..
We ask for everyone to respect the rights of others to get the Best Tan at the Best Price..
Now all the clients are policing what the other uses..
