What would you say is the biggest problem you face as an owner, that you just can't seem to fix?

People thinking that you run a flea market, and try to bargain with you.
And people that hate to try new lotions.
Or people that think they know whats best.
( oh lord I can go on and on )

Uh, yep, I see that. These people are the most difficult to re-educate. I'm working on a woman that used to have her own bed at home. She complained about the 24 hour law until I told her that ultimately SHE must take control of her health & well being, I then referred her to www.tanning truth.com.

biggest problem is clienst don;t have enough disposible income to spend a lot in my salon.

Neverending staffing issues... hire this one, train that one, deal with this one, replace that one... this one is annoyed with this one, that one is threatened by the other, someone's pregnant, someone's taking six vacations.... UGH!!!

I agree, all of the above. However my biggest issue is other salons opening right on top of me and trying to start a price war. My response, "No Way!" I have been in the same location for 4 years offering the same excellent service and product and I will not war with anyone. HATE THIS!!!
