Caught of Guard - Cussing Client

We also offer nail services and a long standing client, who just happens to be a very classy lady came in today with two broken nails. We had no one to do a fix for her... she had an appointment to tan as well. As I was explaining what we could and could not do for her the only response I got was "F@#$! F@#$!" She wasn't cussing at me... but her repeated obscenities caught me completely off guard. LOL... I was completely speechless and I'm sure my "deer in headlights" look gave away how I felt.

LOL... I still don't know what to think and I still have no idea how I should have responded.

Laurie, YOU YOU mean YOU didn't have a response for her.... I am shocked! You of all people I would have thought you could conquer that F@#@# S@#@ LOL

She should have called for nail fix....

Okay, Okay... I know I have a mouth like a trucker on a bad day. But at work, it's different... and she is so classy, a Kindergarten teacher, petite, pretty and of course very well groomed. Completely took the wind out of my sails. I was dumbfounded and just didn't know what to say.
