Ok, how many of you feel that your customers come to you for therapy?? At least 7-10 times per weeks someone will tell me about a crisis in their lives. Usually they just need someone to listen, other times they are seeking advice, this is not so bad now but when peak season hits I'm gonna have to start charging for these sessions aswell.

I had posted the same thing a few weeks ago. LOL. I still think I should have a tip jar/ donation jar for listening to and solving our customers personal issues. Not that it bothers me, I thinks it a very good thing actaully, just shows me how much they actually trust me, not only tanning them but with personal things too.

I think the best tip we receive from our therapy clients is referrals. These people send more referrals than anyone else. Saturday, one of my therapy clients waited twenty minutes for me to finish signing up a newbie and dealing with several other clients just for her therapy session. But, she's a good marketer and she's not on my payroll.
