I've been getting deep scatches in the middle of my acrylics. Anyone have any ideas where they are coming from?
Maybe belly ring? I have no idea. I thought maybe, bra snap, mens breifs?
I have no idea if it is those why they are on their stomach?
Anyone with ideas, or how to stop?

Chris - Do you not tell people to turn over while they are tanning?? The scratches are possibly from jewelry. If I remember correctly, Gel-Gloss, can fix those.

Tangirl,
Why would I tell people to turn over? They are getting a perfect tan on their back and sides. Maybe I misunderstood you..........
Scratches are lower back to butt level....

What is Gel-gloss, and where do I get it?

Chris - The part of the body that is on the base gets more color, due to the fact that the bulbs are closer. I tell everyone to move around. It keeps you from getting white spots anywhere. Gel-Gloss is carried by some distributors. It can also be found a lot cheaper at some home improvement stores in the paint department.

My clients don't get white spots. There is a different way to get rid of white spots than laying on your stomach. Which I think is very uncomfortable.
I will call my distributor now and see if they have any. Thanks

Ok,
this really works.
Once a week sit on the beds with your legs on the floor. Take the canapy and bring it down as far as it is comfortable for you.

This will take care of lines under butt cheeks and butt diamond. About 8 minutes once a week will do it.
Try it...........

Chris, I do like tangirl does too! I always turn over on my stomach at least part of a session. I also raise my arms part of the time, with them down part of the time. And, yes, your sitting on the edge of the bed trick does work wonders for those butt half-moons! I do that too! It might not sound like I relax, but I really do. Back to your original question, it does sound possibly like a belly ring - good luck with getting rid of the scratches.

Chris - I would think that putting all of your weight on the edge of the bed would be really hard on the acrylics. Just a thought.

This sitting on the edge of the bed thing is new to me but it sounds as if it would work. I think I will try this next time!!
I wonder what effect it would have on the acrylic? Any problems so far? I have heard of lots of people flipping over but I just dont like the idea??
