I will go first. The greatest thing about my job is that I get to meet so many great people that I would not have gotten to meet otherwise. I get to do something that I have a passion for and I get to challenge myself. The worst would have to be that it demands a great deal of time if it is going to be ran the way I want it to. Not knowing how to work on the equipment is frustrating; especially during busy season. I have learned alot of this business for myself has been trial by error as far as what lotions sale, what bulbs work, hiring, etc. Those are the worst.

The best things are..
I am my own boss I make my own hours I work with who I want to work with I meet some really great people I can do whatever I want in here I dont have to wait for a paycheck every week The bad things are when noone else wants to work I have to Long hours in the slow season |
