Got space, but got questions!

I have approx. 2oo sq. feet of unoccupied space downstairs and I have approx. 800 sq. feet upstairs. The 200 feet is located between the tanning and the nails. When leaving from my tanning side to go over to the nail side their is a large vanity room and then you leave out of that room and enter into my vacant room which also has a stair well going upstairs and it has it's own private entrance. This room has an archway
in the wall connecting it to the nail side, no door! I thought it might be good for a booth renter for hair, or I could put up a door in the archway to block out any odors and do a smoothie bar. Any advice? I would eventually like to go upstairs for tanning also and use these beds only when at full capacity.

smoothie bar sounds great just nake sure you have the time, patience and employee power to run it..

Also more beds would do very well also,

But if you already have tanning and nails, why not hair??

Ditto what Bun and Bronze said. That would be a great extension to what you already have. I would really worry about hair and tanning beds combined. We have enough problems keeping lint from the dryer out of the beds, much less hair.

I hate cleaning a bed after someone has just had a haircut, not to mention hair goop on your acrylics...
