Re: Weird Employee Rules

First off, thank GOD I have Bety my Peruvian housekeeper come 2 X monthly....

Next, Towels, I am seriously anal about them as far as proper fold/placement (even on cleaning cart)

My big one is the Magazines on the coffee table, they have to be in a perfect line and in order (unisex eq conde nast traveler, Mens, Womens)
I get teased about this all of the time from these guys.

Thank God no one here smokes, I couldn't deal with that.

Re: Weird Employee Rules

I hate coming in to a bin FULL of dirty towels and having to play catch up all morning. If they are doing regular loads through out the night we should always have a steady supply and not one HUGE load at the end of the night.

my other pet pieve that was tie for #1 was--
the lobby chairs must not be in a straight line pressed up against the wall...IN A SEMI CIRCLE surrounding the round coffe table....
9 out of ten times I walked in they would have them line in straight line touching the friggen wall.

Re: Weird Employee Rules

I used to work in a tanning salon yeaaaaaaaaaaaars ago, and my one boss had a rule that we were ALL supossed to be tanned. And that we could only tan before our shift or after. If the place was packed we were to come back later and tan. We were also supossed to tan with the high dollar lotion (that we had to buy ourselves) and push that product on to clients.
