I have been in the sun tan business for more than 20 years now. I have been using the Helios system since 1994, connected to the
T-Max system to turn the beds on. I can count on one hand the number of times I have had any problems with either system, and I think their support systems, the few times I have used them, are reliable.From a salon
owners point of view, my software has probably saved me $15,000 a year in employee theift. My recommendation...get started now.

Well, I have been running the Sunease 1.24 version for about 2 weeks now. So far so good. There are a couple of things that it does that needs fixing but nothing really major. So far the support has been okay. Hopefully after running it and learning more I will be able to fix any problem with out the support calls, which is an 800 #. I have also sent emails when the timming is bad and they reply to those fairly quickly.

I have been using SunTouch for about 6 months now. I like the software but the support stinks. At least it does over the phone. I can never get anyone to answer the phone to even leave a message. All I get is a message Thank you for calling Sun touch support please press 1 yada yada yada . And this is not a 800 number.

When I need to call SunTouch I usually wait on hold until I here the option to leave a messange and they call me back the same day.

Teez, you can get free help on the Tantoday.com. oops sorry micheal.
but if you have a problem you can post it and someone ususally spell out how to fix it.
I have suntouch ver. 7 I am going tp upgrade to suntouch plus soon I need windox xp and a faster pc first.
Well Mr.Chunn Please get suntoch here and I would have no need for the other board.com.

MJ,

I'm in the same boat. I want to update to SunTouch Plus, but I need a new computer before I get that. It's always something! Know of any good deals on computers anybody?

I do wish we had SunTouch on here. I think Michael has already mentioned it to SunTouch & they didn't respond or didn't want to.

I will say that I tried several different demos & I liked SunTouch the best. It's easy to use & easy to teach employees. They pick it up really fast & that's always a plus!

Yeah Micheal just responded to a post under suggestions , suntouch did say no thanks.
Bummer.
Any way My PC guy is coming this week to check out my pc and see if I can just upgrade the pc I have instead of new it may be cheaper. My pc isn't that old. Oh and Suntouch is awesome. ...not without its problems but great i hear that Suntouch plus with Xp runs with fewer crashes and faster reports.
I will let you know what he says.

I ordered Helios and I am hoping it will do great... it seems to do all the things I want it to do and with the new version coming soon... I can do the credit cards and check verification though one program. Does anyone out there use the thumbprint system?

I would like to hear what you have to say.. good and bad about it:)
