I'll try to make this short, but I don't think it's possible.
I talked to my local back in October. We made an oral agreement that I would trade in one of my beds for a new upgrade bed. I told him that once I knew how much the electrical would cost me I would give him a yes or no. Well, I talked to him on Oct. 19. I said yes, let's do it. He said that he would order the bed immediately.
Time passes. I find out that the guy I normally deal with is moving. I was told my bed would be delivered by Nov. 1. Then, I'm told Nov.5. Then, I'm told Nov. 9.
Well, Nov. 12 rolls around and needless to say I'm ******. I call the distributor's local office. The owner says, "I don't even know where your bed is."
I then called the actual salesperson (the one who just moved) long distance. His comment was, "You were supposed to call me when the electrical was done." I responded with, "I called you on Nov.1 and said the electrical was done." "Oh, you did." I then informed him that I had just gotten off the phone with his boss and was told that he had no idea where my bed was. The salesman hastily replied, "I'll call you right back."
About an hour later, he calls and asks what time we open in the mornings. I tell him 9a. He said my bed will be delivered Thursday morning at 9a sharp. Yeah right.
I'm holding my breath.
