Have you ever banned a customer from your salon? If so, why? What was the outcome?

I've had 2 clients since we've opend in February become banned from our salon. 1st client and her daughter were banned because they threatened to sue us because the daughter broke out with some kind of hive rash after see had tanned with us for about 5 different times. To make a long story short the mother had had a reaction like this before yet she signed the release form for her 13 year old daughter to tan. Insurance company handled clients and nothing happened.
Client #2 was banned for stealing a swimsuit from us. She used her son of course to help her and I was busy with other clients and did not witness her stashing the suit. I confronted her on the way out and she faked a sudden illness while dumping her purse to show me nothing was there. After she left I checked her room and found clothing tags in the trash and ironically enough they were from a clothing store that I managed before I opened the salon. One phone call confirmed that she had been there before coming here and ripped them off unaware until I called. So she's never been in again. Hopefully I won't have anymore stories like this for awhile.

We have a few on our list of Not-Allowed-to-Tan-Here folks.

There is a woman and her 2 teenage daughters that I had to call the police on.
She had come in and signed her and the girls up to tan. She signed the consent form for them both. Well, it turns out that the youngest one was 13, not 14 (which is legal minimum in Illinois). We didn't find this out until after she had tanned a couple times. After we heard this through the grapevine, we asked the daughter and she said she is 13 almost 14. The mother had told her to lie. And....then her mother threatened to sue me for letting an underage person tan and because I wouldn't refund all $ to her. I had tried to be nice and tell her that the daughter was welcome to use the last session remaining after she turned 14. Well, mother threw a fit, caused a scene and had to be removed from the salon by the police. After that, she drove by the salon every morning screaming stuff at me. Nice example for the kids, huh?
There are a few others, but I will tell you about those later.
