okay jcole, i will see if i can get my camera working tomorrow and send one in.

i think the girl told me she used latex house paint. she said she wets the window and scrapes it off with a razor,

laurie i will tell her next time she comes thru. i think she must travel a lot cause she said she hadn't been in town a month yet. and was in florida.... (looks like a biker chick) not to be frowning on that, but i get the impression she doesn't hang around any where long. so if she doesn't show back up my nail tech said she would paint my windows. she is very artistic also

Chipp, I would love to have your green thumb(s). Are the fruit edible or can you use them for potpourri or something?

I eat the fruit from the trees, They are far better then what you buy in the stores, tree rippened and fresh.
A neat thing about citrus all types is the longer you let the fruit stay on the tree the sweeter they become, it you leave them on too long they loose most of their tartness and become almost watery sweat, like fake fruit juice.
The trees mostly flower in early summer for me and the fruit is large but not ripe around christmas.
The trees can have mature fruit and new flowers on at the same time.
When they flower the scent he heaven.

I bought a few decorations for Halloween & it has drawn attention. I spent around $20 for some flashing skeleton lights, spider weds, & a 3' witch & everyone makes a comment. I think it does help cheer things up! I plan to put some candy out closer to Halloween. I need to get some that I don't like. Whatever I get it can't be chocolate or you know who will eat it all up.

I keep candy out all year, but at halloween i will get more seasonal looking candy. Some of us dress for the occasion also. I haven't gotten anything to wear this year...I need to get my butt in gear...LOL
