Just wondered what measures you all take to prevent theft in your salon. I like to put new products on the counter so our clients can see and touch them in hopes of sparking interest. But recently some of these things have disappeared. What experiences have you had?Cutiepup

get yourself a video camera. have your employees take notice of what is in stock and tell them it is their responsiblity to keep a check on it. I have been pretty lucky in the last 4 years. I have lost approx. 1/2 doz bottles of lotions. (some of the other losses have been from employees) but the new camera and the new software will prevent that.
