We have recently purchased the equipment to design and print our own plastic cards (such as a credit card). This has truly came in handy on several projects. They have virtual taken the place of our gift certificates and our free visit cards. We have used them in a valentine's project making gift cards available to purchase for $25.00 with a valentine background. We are using the card as $10.00 service cards that replaced our free visit cards. We are now thinking of creating a Lotion Discount card available for $10.00 but will earn you a savings of up to 20% each time you purchase lotion.Does anyone have a program in place such as this? How did it go? ------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation[This message has been edited by Tracie Williams (edited 02-08-2001).]

Real Nick,Without checking with bookeeping the price escapes me but take a look at this web site www.colorid.com They have been great to work with and since our purchase we have found many ways to putting these cards to use. They have taken the place of our "Free Visit" cards we now offer $10.00 Service Cards. They are used for Gift Cards. We made Valentine's gift Cards. Discount lotion cards that we sell in our resorts for $10.00 each and that allows our customer 20% off of their lotion purchases. We are currently making Student Cards. We use the school's logo on front and terms and conditions printed on back. This card allows the student 20% off service and lotions. The great thing about using this method is we can change anything we need to and print only what we need such as our terms and conditions, the expiration date, the look of the card, anything we decide to do different. It really has been a great investment!------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation

Tracie, that site appears to be just for the purchase of blank or preprinted plastic cards, did not see anything dealing with the printing equipment.
