Salons in our area sell monthly packages at low prices to get the last bit of cash at seasons end.They allow and encourage people to tan every day for 30 days in a row.Clients think its a good deal, so many sessions for so little money.We don't feel this frequent tanning is needed or a good thing. Everything in moderation, why over do it?They can do the same outside,but most would not.This puts us on the spot to do the same, we do sell the same type of package but tell clients not to tan more then 4 times a week to get the tan and no more then 2 a week to maintain it. Thats all you need to tan well.We try to get the client to buy our 28 session package at the same price and use the sessions over 2-3 months.Some salons in our area are now selling 3 months packages, that you can tan every day 7 days a week for 3 months for $99.00.What do you all think?

I do offer a 3 month club plan. The customer thinks they will tan just about everyday and they figure Gee, I am tanning for $X.00 per day, this is cheap. BUT what happens is they may tan 3-4 days in a row and then it wears off and they actually tan 8-12 times per month... but they still are looking at it as a real cheap way to tan. My 3 month plan is not as low as $99 though. And I sell a lot of them from feb. thru july. then it drops off.Some salons in our area are now selling 3 months packages, that you can tan every day 7 days a week for 3 months for $99.00.What do you all think?[/b][/quote]
