Waste baskets are NOT toilets!!

There has been a problem in the past of customers mistaking the waste basket as a toilet. Now it's not very hard to narrow it down as to who's doing it. I tell the girls to ask when the culperet arrives, "do you need to use the restroom before you tan?".This way the client is not being directally accused, but they know you know. How do others handle this?

We removed waste baskets from our rooms for this very reason. Not to mention the ladies disposing of sanitary products as well. We place large commercial waste baskets in our lobbies and hallways for our customers to use. If it is lotion sample paks to be thrown away then the customer has to bring it out with them after tanning or our clerks will pick it up when they clean the unit.We have not had complaints about this but be careful because once the waste basket is gone the next victim will be the plants!!!!------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation

what we did (and it surprisingly worked!) was put a very notice-able sign right above the basket that said " RESTROOMS ARE CONVENANTLY LOCATED DOWN THE HALL" we havnt had a prob sense. sorry for the miss spellings

I removed all the wastebaskets from my rooms after the first time that ever happened to me I was mortified and I cried, I was really upset that someone did that, so now I have 2 larger attractive cans in my hallway, I would rather go in the room and pick up a candy wrapper then clean up someones bodily function.
